O&M Services

Our O&M programs maximise asset availability and long‑term performance through preventative maintenance, spare‑parts support, warranty and out‑of‑warranty services, and rapid corrective maintenance when required.

PPA & Offtake

LKAD maintains strong, strategic relationships with PPA consultants who specialize in tendering, sourcing power purchase agreements, and managing merchant trading risks, providing investors with secure and favorable offtake arrangements.

Asset Financing

LKAD maintains strong relationships with financiers offering debt financing structured for mortgage-chattel and rental arrangements, featuring P&I repayments with flexible terms extending up to 7 years. Tailored to meet project needs.
